On a very typically wet British summers day I jumped on a train down to Brighton as I had been invited by Penned in the Margins to document the final dress rehearsal for their play, No Dogs, No Indians. A play about three intertwining stories that explore the effects and legacy of the British in India. The play is written by poet and playwright Siddhartha Bose and had its premier at the Brighton Festival. It was really interesting seeing the actors explore and develop their characters from the first read at the London Bubble Theatre in Rotherhithe through to the final dress rehearsal at The Spire in Brighton.
Some of my images were used for online reviews which can be read here and here.
