I was really looking forward to the wedding of Laura and Gavin at St Lawrence Jewry in London, having met that summer on their engagement shoot, it was plain to see they were a young couple clearly very much in love.
Having spent time exploring the woods of Hainault Forest for their engagement shoot, it was great to catch up with Liz and Luke on the day of their wedding. The Sun was a welcome addition to a late October wedding and I was again looking forward to photographing at Orsett Hall Hotel in Essex.
Jess and Rich had chosen the Orsett Hall Hotel in the Essex countryside as the venue for the big day. For their engagement shoot we wandered the streets of Bishopsgate.
For Liz & Luke, they were not really sure about an engagement shoot but after asking them about their favourite places, they mentioned they loved to visit Hainault Forest in Essex. They visited Hainault Forest regularly as it reminded Liz of the woodland areas she grew up in.
Having postponed a few times due to the lovely British weather we are having this year, I met Laura & Gavin on a cloudy Sunday in Hackney Wick for their engagement shoot. After finding out that they enjoyed spending time running and cycling between Olympic Park & Victoria Park
I love London. Wandering around exploring all its hidden places. It’s amazing what you can find. Bishopsgate is great for this on the weekends as no-one is there and it turns into a bit of a ghost town. For Jess & Rich’s engagement shoot it was the perfect place to get some quiet moments in and around the architecture.
